Between what the transmitter actually said and that the receiver will

It is, in effect, a second source of loss in the transmission of the message. In statistical terms, this point results in the two following figures:
-what the issuer said actually: index 80
-what the receiver hears: index 70
One is sometimes surprised to note that some words are not heard by our interlocutors. The vendors know this problem on the part of customers who "discover" that the seller had them already pays for the rest, in the life of every day, we all experience these "absences", and words or groups of words that we support, in good faith, have not heard! How to explain these gaps in communication? Two main reasons, physical or psychological nature, may be invoked.

• Physical: it is surprising to see how many medical Congress currently emphasize the problem of partial deafness which seems to hit our contemporaries. In contrast to the view, for example, whose weaknesses can be auto-diagnostic, failures of hearing may not always as easy to detect. A medical check-up is therefore necessary and are thus found faults which could live during long years!
• Psychological reasons: "it is no worse deaf than that which is not to hear", said. The popular saying well unveils the psychological dimension of a failure to listen. Add that this attitude is not always conscious. It is as if the psychological gave order to the physics to remain deaf to certain communications from outside. For example, such client who feared the time pay will not hear the appeal of the seller to conclude the sale! listening is, indeed, a remarkable psychological dimension! It is some words that may be live, the receiver, based on his experience, painful moments. These words, negative connotation for the receptor, likely in a relationship of communication, of not "heard"...
